Exchange & Return Policy

At Petzye, we strive to ensure that you and your pet are 100% satisfied. If you're not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as order number)

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll gladly replace it. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used pet food and treats

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


💰 Refunds for Returns

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.


📦 Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
